You can fulfill an order partially, i.e. each ordered Item is shipped individually and has its own tracking number. To submit several tracking numbers per single order, you will need to create separate Shipments per each tracking number in your Magento. Please take a look at the example below.

Magento order contains two ordered Items:

To create two or more different shipments for ordered Items:

  • Go to Magento order.
  • Click Ship.
  • Enter the quantity you’re shipping in into 'QTY to Ship' field.

'QTY to Ship' field will be prefilled with the full order quantity. If you have already shipped the order partially, you will see the number of Items that remain to be fulfilled. You can reduce the prefilled 'QTY to Ship' amount but not increase it.

  • Click Submit Shipment.

Set tracking numbers for all your shipments:

  • Go to the Shipment.
  • Add the tracking number in to the 'Shipping And Tracking Information box' section.

The tracking number information will be synchronized to eBay and reflected in the eBay Order details.
