Check your Magento version:
- Magento v.2.4.4 is a minimum required Magento version for the upgrade to the latest M2E Pro version;
- For Magento v.2.3.x and lower the latest compatible M2E Pro version is 1.35.0.
Make sure you have full write permissions to all Magento files and folders;
Check whether your server configurations comply with the next values:
- Max execution time = 600 seconds or more,
- Memory limit = at least 1 GB.
