You can connect your BigCommerce account to M2E Sales Channels app through BigCommerce Channel Manager follow the next steps:
Log in to your BigCommerce Account by entering your login credentials.

Go to the “Channel Manager” tab provided in the menu on the left.
Select the marketplace – Sales Channels:
You will find a list of app developers; from the option, choose “M2E Cloud” and click Connect.
A page appears as follows; you will find the Sales Channels Libre marketplace option. Click Connect.
Then you will be redirected to the “Sales Channels ” page and click Install.
A confirmation window will appear where you need to click Confirm to proceed with the onboarding process.
How to add BigCommerce account to Sales Channels
To integrate your Sales Channels account with BigCommerce, you should obtain BigCommerce API credentials and set specific permissions. Let’s walk through the process together:
1. Log in to your BigCommerce Control Panel.
2. Go to Settings > API Accounts.

3. Click + Create API account.

4. Enter your account name and specify the permissions for Sales Channels.

Once done, you'll get your API credentials. Copy the Access token.

Now you can use copied Store hash and Access token to connect your BigCommerce store to Sales Channels. For this, in the app navigate to Settings > Accounts > BigCommerce.

Once you click + Connect, you’ll be redirected to theinstallation page. Either log in to the existing BigCommerce store or create a new store right away.

That’s it! Your BigCommerce account is now integrated with M2E Sales Channels.

Another way to connect M2E Sales Channels to your BigCommerce account is through the BigCommerce marketplace. For that, log in to your BigCommerce Control Panel, and go to Apps > Marketplace. You’ll see a link to the BigCommerce marketplace that you should click on.
Enter M2E Cloud in the marketplace’s search bar. Open the M2E Cloud app’s page and click Get This App.

Then log in to your BigCommerce store, if you haven’t done it yet, and grant M2E Sales Channels access to your BigCommerce account data.
Once the app is installed, you’ll be redirected to the M2E Sales Channels page. If you don’t have a Sales Channels account yet, you’ll be able to create it based on your BigCommerce account data.
