Product Status
- Enabled – new products will only be listed on Amazon automatically if their Magento Product Status is set to Enabled.
- Any – new products will be listed on Amazon automatically regardless of their Magento Product Status.
Stock Availability
- In Stock – new products will be listed on Amazon automatically if the products are In Stock in Magento.
- Any – new products will be listed on Amazon automatically regardless of the Stock Status in Magento.
Magento Quantity
New products will be listed automatically on Amazon if their Quantity in Magento (Magento Quantity) meets the conditions set here.
- More or Equal – set the minimum Quantity in Magento that should be available before an Item is listed on Amazon;
- Between – set a minimum and maximum Quantity in Magento that should be available before an Item is listed on Amazon
- Any – list the product regardless of its Quantity in Magento.
Calculated Quantity
New products will be listed automatically on Amazon if their quantity in Selling Format settings (Calculated Quantity) meets the conditions set here.
- More or Equal – set the minimum Quantity in Selling Format settings that should be available before an Item is listed on Amazon
- Between – set a minimum and maximum Quantity in Selling Format settings that should be available before an Item is listed on Amazon
- Any – list the product regardless of its Quantity in Selling Format settings.

List Conditions
Specify the conditions based on which your products will be automatically listed.

Product Status – specify which products can be listed automatically depending on their status in Magento:
- Enabled – List Rules will affect the not listed items with the Enabled status in Magento.
- Any – List Rules will affect the not listed items regardless of their status in Magento.
Stock Availability – specify which products can be listed automatically depending on their stock availability in Magento:
- In Stock – List Rules will affect the not listed items which are “In Stock” in Magento.
- Any – List Rules will affect the not listed items regardless of their stock status in Magento.
Calculated Quantity – specify which products can be listed automatically depending on their quantity in Selling Policy:
- More or Equal – provide the minimum quantity value that should be available for this item based on the Selling Policy settings.
- Any – List Rules will affect the not listed Items regardless of their quantity calculated based on the Selling Policy settings.

If automatic listing does not work, usually because Amazon has reported issues with the Listing, M2E Pro will only attempt to list the Item automatically again if thea product was not listed for some reason, auto-synchronization will reattempt List action only in case Product Status, Stock Availability or Quantity is changed . | ||||||||

Inventory Synchronization must be enabled under Amazon > Configuration > Synchronization. Otherwise, Synchronization Policy Rules will not take effect. |
Advanced Conditions
If you want to add your own custom List Rules, you can enable the Advanced Conditions.

The first rule appears by default: If ALL these Conditions are TRUE. It specifies whether the rules that you define must all be met or if any of them can be met (AND or OR) in order to trigger the rule's action.
Click on the icon to display a selection field and select the necessary option under Product Attributes from the drop-down menu.

That's it, the Rule is configured.
Your item will be listed on Amazon only in case all the conditions provided (both List and Advanced Conditions) will be met.
