Once the item fulfillment type is set to AFN, you can continue managing your item just like any regular product in M2E Pro. However, there are some restrictions regarding stock management.
Managing stock of FBA items
Amazon Fulfillment Center is responsible for handling the stock of AFN items. It does not provide quantity information for these items, so their statuses are displayed as Unknown in M2E Pro.

For example, if the quantity of your MFN item used to be 10, it will be updated to 0 on Amazon after switching to AFN. To make sure that the quantity information is up-to-date, you should go to your Seller Central and submit this data to the Amazon Fulfillment Center.
