When viewing Multi-Variational Variation Products in eBay View Mode, you will notice the Manage Variations button next to them. If you click on this button, you will be able to manage each Variation individually. It means that you can provide eBay Catalog Identifiers for each variation of your Multi-Variation Variation Products.
