You need to choose eBay Categories for Products in an M2E Pro Listing in order to List them on eBay.
The options are:
- All Products Same Category - Products will be Listed using the same eBay Category.
Select 'Remember my choice and skip this step in the future' to automatically apply the Category you select in the next step to all Products added to this M2E Pro Listing in the future. - Based on Magento Categories - Products will have eBay Categories set according to the Magento Categories. This is available in Advanced Mode only.
- Get Suggested Categories - get eBay to suggest Categories for your Products based on the Title and Magento Attribute Set.
- Set Manually for each Product - set eBay Categories for each Product (or a group of Products) manually. This is available in Advanced Mode only.
To keep the Category list in M2E Pro up to date, go to eBay > Configuration > eBay Sites and click Update Now for the eBay Sites you are using.
If a Category you have been using has been changed or removed you should then make changes to eBay Categories in eBay > Configuration > Categories in Use.
Note
It is important to assign eBay category to an Item before it will be listed on the eBay site. Products without Primary eBay Category will not be added to M2E Pro Listing.
