What’s new
In this version, we’ve added the ability to handle buyer-initiated order cancellation requests for Walmart Integration.
Walmart Integration
Handle buyer-requested order cancellations more effectively
Sometimes, a seller may miss an order cancellation request from the buyer and, therefore, ship the order by mistake. To ensure that you are always aware of cancellation requests, M2E Pro will display this information in Walmart orders grid starting from this version.
You will see a corresponding status next to the cancelled item in the Items column for Unshipped orders (Walmart > Sales > Orders):
To cancel such orders, simply create a Credit Memo. M2E Pro will submit the information to Walmart and update the order status accordingly, with the cancellation reason indicated as Buyer Canceled.
