What’s new
In this version, for eBay integration, we’ve expanded the Price Change option capabilities in Selling Policy, allowing for more flexible adjustments of product prices. Also, we’ve added the possibility to regulate the watermark opacity level in Description Policy.
For Walmart Integration, we are introducing the ability to handle buyer-initiated order cancellation requests.
eBay Integration
Improved Price Change capabilities
This version makes it possible for sellers to adjust product prices on eBay even more flexibly using M2E Pro.
In Selling Policy, there is a Price Change option that allows you to modify Magento Price value that will be submitted to Channel. From now on, you can add multiple price modifications for your products – simply click Add Price Change, choose how you want to change the price, and enter the relevant value.
Moreover, you can opt for Magento Attribute as a source of product price modification.
You may use the Price Change option in order to set a shipping cost that will be included in the product price.
Regulate the watermark opacity level
After the upgrade, you will be able to adjust the watermark opacity level for eBay product images in M2E Pro. For that, go to the Watermark section of your Description Policy, enable the Transparency option, and set the relevant opacity level from 10% to 90% (where 10% is highly transparent, and 90% is not transparent).
Walmart Integration
Handle buyer-requested order cancellations more effectively
Sometimes, a seller may miss an order cancellation request from the buyer and, therefore, ship the order by mistake. To ensure that you are always aware of cancellation requests, M2E Pro will display this information in Walmart orders grid starting from this version.
You will see a corresponding status next to the cancelled item in the Items column for Unshipped orders (Walmart Integration > Sales > Orders):
To cancel such orders, simply create a Credit Memo. M2E Pro will submit the information to Walmart and update the order status accordingly, with the cancellation reason indicated as Buyer Canceled.
