How to add BigCommerce account to Sales Channels
To integrate your Sales Channels account with BigCommerce, you should obtain BigCommerce API credentials and set specific permissions. Let’s walk through the process together:
1. Log in to your BigCommerce Control Panel.
2. Go to Settings > API Accounts.
3. Click + Create API account.
4. Enter your account name and specify the permissions for Sales Channels.
Grant the app all possible permissions for more efficient work.
5. Click Save.
Once done, you'll get your API credentials. Copy the Access token.
A text file with API credentials will be downloaded to your device. Copy your Store hash in the end of the API PATH.
Make sure to save the downloaded file since if it’s lost, you’ll need to create a new account.
Now you can use copied Store hash and Access token to connect your BigCommerce store to Sales Channels. For this, in the app navigate to Settings > Accounts > BigCommerce.
