It is necessary to understand the working logic of Amazon Catalog before submitting Product Information.

Probably, you have noticed that Product Information provided on Amazon Seller Central is not displayed on Amazon front-end immediately. Some time passes before it is applied or it is not applied at all. This is because the data you supply is just one of the possible variants of this property which will be considered in future. Thus, when you specify the Title on the Amazon Seller Central which is different from the Title on Amazon front-end, you become one of the suppliers of information.

Within some time Amazon Catalog Engine analyzes supplied values of each property and chooses the most suitable offer. Some time later this value is displayed on Amazon front-end.

Note: The mechanism of Product Information selection and application by Amazon is not documented, so it is not possible to predefine what data will be shown to Buyers.

If you create new ASIN/ISBN, all the Product Information you provided is available for Buyers, because you are a single supplier of Product Information at the moment and there are no other alternatives for it. However, after a new Amazon Product is created other sellers can offer their possible options of some Product Information (for example, Title). At the moment when Amazon Catalog Engine selects the most suitable offer of Product Information, you and other Sellers have equal rights, despite the fact that you are the creator of the Amazon product.

For example, you create an Amazon product with Title - Best Product. The other seller sends on Amazon it's variant for Title of this product - New Product. Amazon Catalog Engine analyze and decide that New Product is more suitable value for that Product, so the Title will be changed in Amazon Catalog to the New Product value.

So, the potential future Sellers will have the same rights and opportunities to edit the product Information as you do.  That is why the data suggested by you may not be applied.
