M2E Pro Listings are the Listings created in M2E Pro in order to provide the necessary settings and make the items be available on channels.
You can either move the Items from the Unmanaged Listings into M2E Pro Listings for further full management.
Furthermore, you can create as many Listings as you need to gather the Products you are going to sell on channels under the proper settings.
