With the release of current M2E Pro version, you can use a Create a New One option to create a Magento Attribute 'on-the-fly' for Quantiy/Price and Categories settings.

Ability to create drop-down and multi-selection types Magento Attributes 'on-the-fly'

The ability to create Magento Attributes 'on-the-fly' which were added in the previous version was expanded for the 6.3.8 version. Now you can create the drop-down and multi-selection types Magento Attributes.

Fixes

Fatal error: Call to a member function getStoreId() on a non-object (Orders/Invoices/Shipments)

In previous versions, once you create a Magento Order, Invoice or Shipment the fatal error occurs. Now it is fixed and everything should work correctly.

Exception during Magento Product saving if it has a relation to unmatched Amazon Individual Product

In case you added the Product with the selected Variation into your Listing

But then some data was changed in the Variational Attribute (e.g. Size D was changed to Size EN) and the Item was unmatched

And if you tried to change this Product in your Magento Catalog, you used to receive an exception.

In new version it is fixed and the error will not occur.
