There are 23 major eBay sites M2E can interact with. Under the eBay > Configuration > eBay Sites, you can enable the marketplaces you are going to sell your Items on. Save the changes.

Tip

It is recommended to update eBay sites when any changes are announced. Press Update Now next to the related eBay site or Update All Now to update all enabled site at once.
