General

The 3rd Party Listings include the Items which are listed on eBay without using M2E Pro Extension. Under the 3rd Party Listings tab in your Account Configuration, you can specify how M2E Pro should work with 3rd Party Items.

  • Import 3rd Party Listing - enable to allow the 3rd Party Listing importing for the current eBay Account. The imported 3rd Party Items can be found under eBay > Listings > 3rd Party.

Note

It can take up to 24 hours to import all existing 3rd party listings, depending on the size of your Channel inventory

Only 3rd party Items which are not older than 4 years will be imported.

  • Product Mapping - enable to automatically map the 3rd Party Items to the related Magento Product based on the mapping settings.

Note

The 3rd Party Item mapping is performed automatically only during the initial 3rd Party Listing synchronization. Afterward, you can map the 3rd Party Items manually under eBay > Listings > 3rd Party.

Mapping Settings

Select the parameters based on which the Item mapping should be performed.

  • Custom Label (SKU) – compares eBay Item Custom Label with:

- Magento Product SKU;

- Magento Product ID;

- selected Magento Attribute value.

  • Listing Title – compares eBay Item Title with:

- Magento Product Name;

- selected Magento Attribute value.

  • eBay Item ID - compares eBay Item ID with selected Magento Attribute value.

Related Store View

To synchronize the product data correctly, associate the 3rd Party Items imported from the particular eBay site with the related Magento Store Views:

If there is no needed eBay site in this list, please navigate to eBay > Configuration > eBay Marketplaces to enable it.
