There are 23 major marketplaces M2E can interact with. Under the eBay > Configuration > Marketplaces, you can enable the marketplaces you are going to sell your Items on. Save the changes.

Tip

It is recommended to update marketplaces when any changes are announced. Press Update Now next to the related marketplace or Update All Now to update all enabled marketplace at once.
