How to add a BigCommerce account to M2E Sales Channels

You can connect your BigCommerce account to M2E Sales Channels at the app onboarding step or in the Settings tab.

Once you click + Connect, you’ll be redirected to the installation page. Either log in to the existing BigCommerce store or create a new store right away.

Once you're successfully logged in, M2E Sales Channels will request access to your BigCommerce store. Click Confirm to grant Sales Channels access to your BigCommerce account data.

That’s it! Your BigCommerce account is now integrated with M2E Sales Channels.


Another way to connect M2E Sales Channels to your BigCommerce account is through the BigCommerce marketplace. For that, log in to your BigCommerce Control Panel, and go to Apps > Marketplace. You’ll see a link to the BigCommerce marketplace that you should click on.

Enter M2E Cloud in the marketplace’s search bar. Open the M2E Cloud app’s page and click Get This App.

Then log in to your BigCommerce store, if you haven’t done it yet, and grant M2E Sales Channels access to your BigCommerce account data.

Once the app is installed, you’ll be redirected to the M2E Sales Channels page. If you don’t have a Sales Channels account yet, you’ll be able to create it based on your BigCommerce account data.
