Sync inventory via Catalog API

Sales Channels enables you to choose the source for updating price and quantity. You can sync your inventory based on an External source (Shopify or BigCommerce) or do it via a CSV file in Sales Channels’s Catalog.

Alternatively, opt for connecting Sales Channels to another inventory-controlling app via API.

For this, in Settings > General select Catalog and then click on Create API token.

In the pop-up copy the token and proceed with the steps from our API documentation.

It’s the only time you can see and copy your token, so make sure to save it in a secure place.

The token will get Connected status in Sales Channels if everything was done correctly.

Track the expiration date of your token and make sure to update it timely for seamless sync.

Also, anytime you can disconnect your token by clicking on Revoke token or changing the source to External. However, in this case, you will need to obtain and connect a new token.
