Amazon Items by Issue
The 'Items by Issue' tab in the Amazon Listings grid (Amazon Integration > Listings > Items) gives you complete visibility of the errors that Amazon API may respond with during product management.
Under the ‘Items by Issue’ tab, you can see the number and percentage of products affected by an issue, a short description of the problem, and the Amazon error code that identifies it.
Overall, the 'Items by Issue' tab in the Amazon Listing grid provides a more streamlined and organized approach to managing your Amazon products, making it easier to keep track of any errors and ensure your listings are running smoothly.
Click on the number in the ‘Affected Items’ column to access a full list of items filtered by this error.
