Moreover, its functionality was improved and new important features were added. Also, some issues which used to occur were fixed.

Amazon Integration

Added

Ability to use Repricing Service without necessity to contact Support Team of M2E Pro

Previously it was necessary to send a request to M2E Pro Support Team to enable the Amazon Repricing Service for your Account.

Starting from current version, the Repricing Service is enabled by default for all Amazon Accounts. The Service is initially being offered for free and will most likely remain free of charge for some time.

The Service can be used in combination with the M2E Pro Extension via the Connector which allows to manage the Prices of the Products listed via M2E Pro to Amazon via the Service without any conflict with the Extension. Along with that, it can be used as an independent Service with its own simple logic.

In order to start using the Repricing Service you should Link your Amazon Account with the Service. It can be done by pressing the Link Now button on the Repricing Tool tab of the Account configurations:

Then you will be redirected to the Service where you should log into your existing Repricing Service' Account or register a new one.

After you log in, you should pass your Amazon Account identification. You need to verify the Merchant ID, Marketplace and click on the Provide Amazon MWS Access button to connect the M2E Pro Amazon Account with the Repricing Service Account.

You will be redirected to Amazon Seller Central, where you will need to log in using your credentials and click Sign in button.

  • Accept Amazon License Agreement and press Next button

  • Press Continue button.

Our Congratulations! You have successfully linked your M2E Pro Amazon Account and the Repricing Service Account.

Now you can easily add the Products from M2E Pro Listings to the Repricing Service using the actions available on the Seller Central View Mode of the Listing.

Then provide its Regular, Min and Max Price values.

Also you can select whether it should be Disabled. In case, the Product is marked as Disabled in the Repricing Tool its price will not be automatically updated on Amazon.

Next, specify the Repricing Rule you would like to use for this Product(s).

Once you confirm the provided configurations, the Product will be marked with the Repricing Service icon in the Listing.

That's all, your Products are started to be managed via the Repricing Service.

The detailed information on how to work with Repricing Service you can find in the documentation:

  • instructions on how to work with the Service via M2E Pro you can find in the Connector part of the documentation,
  • the logic of the Service running can be found in the Best Practice part;
  • in case you would like to use Service as a separate tool, you can check a SaaS part.
Ability to provide the Max, Min, Regular Price values to be taken from Magento Attributes for the Products managed via Repricing Service

In the new version, when you navigate to Sell on Multi-channels > Configuration > Accounts > Repricing Tool tab you can see a new block Additional Settings.

In this section, you can configure how your Regular, Min and Max Price values should be updated.

There are several options to select from.

  • Manually - means the Regular Price value will be manually provided for the Products;
  • According to Selling Format Policy settings - means the Price value will be determined based on the Selling Format Policy used for this Item in the Listing;
  • From Product Price (only for Regular Price option) - means the Price value will be taken from Magento Product Price;
  • From Special Price (only for Regular Price option) - means the Price value will be taken from Magento Special Price;
  • Less than Regular Price by Value (only for Min and Max Price options) - means that the Min Price value will be taken as a Regular Price decreased by the value you set.
    For example, you set the Value 5. Your Regular price is 17. So the Min Price will be 12.
  • Less than Regular Price by Percent (only for Min and Max Price options) - means that the Min Price value will be taken as a Regular Price decreased by the percent you set.
    For example, you set 50 Percent. Your regular price is 10. So the Min Price will be 5.
  • From Magento Attribute - means the Price value will be taken from the selected Attribute.

Select the most suitable option from an appropriate drop-down to make your Price values the most up-to-date on Amazon.

Please note that only common (which are added to all Attribute Sets of your Magento), Text Field or Price type Attributes are available for selection.
Ability to set Disabled status for Products managed via Repricing Service basing on Magento Attribute Value

In the new version, when you navigate to Sell on Multi-channels > Configuration > Accounts > Repricing Tool tab you can see a new block Additional Settings.

In this section, you can configure basing on the value of which Attribute, the Disabled status should be set for the Products in the Repricing Service.

There are several available options:

  • Manually - means that the dynamic repricing can be disabled only manually;
  • When Status is Disabled - means that the dynamic repricing will be automatically stopped for the Product which has Disabled status in Magento;
  • From Magento Attribute - means that the dynamic repricing will be automatically stopped for the product if Yes value is provided in the selected Attribute.
Please note that only common (which are added to all Attribute Sets of your Magento), Yes/No type Attributes are available for selection.

Improvements

Price values of the Products managed via Repricing Service will be updated every hour instead of one time a day

Previously the Price values displayed in M2E Pro for the Products managed via Repricing Service used to be updated once a day. It caused the difference in the actual Price value shown on Amazon for the Product and those value which you can see in your Listings.

To solve this issue, the frequent of the Price updating was increased and starting from 6.4.7 version the Price values are updated each hour.

When Products managed by Repricing Service are added to the M2E Pro Listing, they will be marked immediately

When you are adding the Products into the Listing, but the same Product has already been managed via Repricing Service, it will be marked with the  icon immediately.

Thus, the Product Price will be changed only via Repricing Service according to your configurations.

Fixes

Adding a lot of Products to the Repricing Service from Listing Grid did not work correctly

In previous test versions there was an issue which occurred when you tried to add a high number of Products to the Repricing Service.

This problem is fixed and no related issues are observed in the version 6.4.7.

In some cases Products could be marked with Repricing Service icon even if they are not used by it

Previous test M2E Pro version has an issue when in some specific cases the Products can be marked with the Repricing Service icon even if they are not managed by it.

This problem is fixed and no related issues are observed in the version 6.4.7.

The Price of the Products which became Disabled on Repricing Service will be revised via M2E Pro immediately

If the Product Price was managed via the Repricing Service, but then its status was changed to Disabled there or it was completely removed from the Service, M2E Pro did not caught this change and the Price was updated only after any change was made in Magento.

Now this issue is fixed and once the Product became disabled/removed from the Repricing Service, its Price value is revised to Amazon according to the Selling Format Policy configurations.
