View and Manage Feedback

To view buyers and sellers' feedback go to eBay > Configuration > Accounts Settings and click on the Feedback link.

The account feedback records will be shown in the grid.

To view transaction details, click on its number;
To view a product item on eBay, click on its Item ID.

Different types of Buyers' feedback are highlighted in different ways:

• Positive ( + )
• Neutral  ( = )
• Negative ( – )

You can manually send Response to buyer's feedback from this grid:

1. Click the Send Response link;
   
   
   
   Response Message section will be opened.
2. Select Predefined Feedback uploaded from Auto feedback Templates of seller's account
   or enter the necessary text in the text field.
   
   

Press Send. The response will be immediately sent on eBay.

Press Cancel to cancel sending.
